Prefix Services is a family run business and was set up as a result of working 15 years in the electrical industry, serving both domestic and commercial scopes.

After this time working for a small handful of reputable companies, we realised there was something lacking in the industry - a personal, relatable feel to the communications and service for our client base.

We pride ourselves on being normal, every day people, who know just how important it is to be understood when it comes to the specification, maintenance or refurbishment requirements of our clients.

We realised that we could make our customer’s plans come to fruition in a manner where it was not a ‘one in-one out transaction’, but rather a relationship where they could trust us to then maintain what we had installed. As well as be the first and last call for their electrical needs for years to come! This has all shaped our business model. We want to be there for you, for good.

Our ethic is non-negotiable, to give you the best possible service the industry can offer. There are no short cuts with Electrical works. All our works are carried out to the highest level of planning and standards, or not at all.

Which is why we are registered with the NICEIC - which is a well renowned voluntary body that regulates training and works for electrical contractors and firms across the UK - to give you the confidence and assurance in the tradesmen who are working in your properties or around your staff. We are registered on their website as both ‘Domestic Installer’ and ‘Approved Contractor’.
